1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Trezoriq ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using trezoriq.com and any of its features, calculators, and tools, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Trezoriq.
These Terms apply to all users, including:
- Everyone. Trezoriq is free, has no paid tiers, and has no account to register.
1.1 Who may use Trezoriq
Trezoriq is intended for adults managing their own finances. You must be 18 or older to use it — both because these Terms are a contract, and because the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treats anyone under eighteen as a child and requires verifiable parental consent before their personal data may be processed.
We do not ask your age, because there is no account and we collect no profile. That is a deliberate trade: it means we cannot verify age, and it also means a person under eighteen who uses a calculator leaves nothing with us — what they enter stays in their browser. We do not track, profile or advertise to anyone, children included.
2. Description of Service
Trezoriq is an online personal finance calculator and tools platform providing:
- 349+ financial calculators covering tax, loans, investments, insurance, retirement, NRI finance, and more
- Dashboard modules for budgeting, net worth tracking, and goal planning
- Progressive Web App (PWA) installable on mobile and desktop
- Encrypted local storage unlocked by a PIN you choose, with encrypted backup files you keep
- Optional AI assistance using an API key you supply and store on your own device
Trezoriq is a tool platform. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services.
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 You May
- Use all 349+ calculators for personal planning
- Export/Import data via JSON feature
- Install PWA on personal devices
- Share results for educational purposes
3.2 You May Not
- Reverse engineer or scrape Trezoriq
- Resell or redistribute tools or content
- Circumvent technical or rate limits
- Use for unlawful purposes
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Trezoriq—including logic engines, UI design, brand, and written content—is the exclusive intellectual property of Tejoram Veeramachaneni.
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter. We claim no ownership over your personal financial information.
5. Important Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

All calculators and estimates on Trezoriq are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice.
Calculator Accuracy: Results are mathematical estimates based on your inputs. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be the sole basis for any financial decision.
Always consult a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) before making significant decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Trezoriq is provided "as is." You pay us nothing, so our total liability to you is ₹0.
7. Service Availability
We strive for availability but don't guarantee it. For material changes reducing features, we provide 30 days notice.

Governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms. Because there are no accounts, we cannot email you — material changes are posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
11. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement, severability, and no waiver provisions apply as standard under Indian Law.
12. Your Data and Your Rights
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: your financial data is encrypted and kept on your own device, we never receive it, and there is no account for us to attach it to.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to access a summary of any personal data we process, to have it corrected or erased, to withdraw consent for any optional feature, to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and to have a grievance heard. Section 9 of the Privacy Policy explains how to use each one.
Because the data is yours and only yours, so is the responsibility for it. We cannot reset your PIN, recover a lost backup password, or restore data you have cleared — not as a policy choice, but because the encryption keys never leave your device. Export a backup before you change devices or clear your browser storage.
If you have a complaint about how your personal data has been handled, raise it with the Grievance Officer in section 13. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
