1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Trezoriq ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using trezoriq.com and any of its features, calculators, tools, or subscription services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Trezoriq.
These Terms apply to all users, including:
- Free plan users using calculators without an account
- Pro plan subscribers (₹199/year + GST) with cloud sync and PWA access
- Max plan subscribers (₹499/year + GST) with Account Aggregator integration
2. Description of Service
Trezoriq is an online personal finance calculator and tools platform providing:
- 348+ financial calculators covering tax, loans, investments, insurance, retirement, NRI finance, and more
- Dashboard modules for budgeting, net worth tracking, and goal planning (Pro and Max)
- Cloud synchronisation across devices via Supabase (Pro and Max)
- Progressive Web App (PWA) installable on mobile and desktop (Pro and Max)
- Account Aggregator (AA) integration for automatic bank, MF, and demat data sync (Max — future phase)
- JSON data export and import for portable data management (all plans)
Trezoriq is a tool platform. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services.
3. Plans, Pricing, and Subscriptions

3.1 - 3.3 Plan Overview
Trezoriq offers three distinct tiers to meet your needs, from simple local calculations to advanced cloud-synced financial management.
3.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance of any price change.
3.5 Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed annually through Razorpay. GST (18%) will be added as applicable. Failed payments may result in a downgrade to the Free plan.
3.6 Refund Policy
Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds for the current billing period are issued.
3.7 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Account Registration and Security (Pro and Max)
4.1 Account Creation
To access Pro or Max features, you must create an account via valid email verification (OTP) or OAuth (Google). You agree to provide accurate information.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining credentials confidentiality. We will never ask for your password via email or phone.
4.3 One Account Per User
Accounts are for individual use. Max plan users may add up to 4 family profiles within a single account.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You May
- Use all 348+ calculators for personal planning
- Export/Import data via JSON feature
- Install PWA on personal devices
- Share results for educational purposes
5.2 You May Not
- Reverse engineer or scrape Trezoriq
- Resell or redistribute tools or content
- Circumvent plan restrictions
- Use for unlawful purposes
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Trezoriq—including logic engines, UI design, brand, and written content—is the exclusive intellectual property of Tejoram Veeramachaneni.
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter. We claim no ownership over your personal financial information.
7. Account Aggregator Integration (Max Plan)
AA feature release is future-phased. Consent is governed by RBI's AA framework. You provide explicit, informed consent for each connection and can revoke it at any time.
Trezoriq uses licensed AA providers (Setu/Finvu) and does not store raw bank credentials.
8. Important Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

All calculators and estimates on Trezoriq are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice.
Calculator Accuracy: Results are mathematical estimates based on your inputs. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be the sole basis for any financial decision.
Always consult a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) before making significant decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Trezoriq is provided "as is." Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. For Free users, liability is ₹0.
11. Service Availability
We strive for availability but don't guarantee it. For material changes reducing features, we provide 30 days notice.

13. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms. Material changes will be notified to registered users 14 days in advance.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement, severability, and no waiver provisions apply as standard under Indian Law.
